According to this paragraph, after receiving the copy of the proof document and the copy thereof, the relevant officer shall attach the copy of such proof document to the copy of the proof document, verify the copy and affix the stamp of the person submitting the copy.
(2) After attaching the certified copy according to sub-section (1), the court shall return the copy of such proof to the concerned person.
(3) If necessary, the court may demand a copy of the copy returned as per sub-section (2) from the concerned person at any time. If he does not submit the complete written evidence requested in that way, then the evidence cannot be taken as evidence in such a case.
(2) After attaching the certified copy according to sub-section (1), the court shall return the copy of such proof to the concerned person.
